Rich, I like the lopsided look that is on your banner the best of the 4 samples on this thread. I like them all but I like your banner the most. CJ, how about his banner toon in the middle of the back and the PROWLERONLINE down one sleeve and just a cat and the logo word on the left chest. Choice of colors, of course. On the shoulder of the opposite sleeve just a simple POA, similar to a Boy Scout Patch. A semi circle, or arch, very thin patch. ------------------ |

It looks like there are enough talented members to come up with some really nice designs. I just don`t happen to be one of them. I can`t wait to see the final choices. ------------------ |

1. Yes, we can do them with the individual colors as Ed stated. No color war needed! 2. Here's another idea from Rich: Oh, and should we add: R.I.P.underneath?? Just kidding......lol! |

Well... for whatever design that is ultimately chosen, I'll put in a request that an American Flag be added to one of the sleeves. If one colour car is to be used, how about the Electric Blue from the SEMA car? This colour (or whatever colour is chosen) should "pop" off the back of the jacket (Also, no one would have "bragging rights this way...) My $0.02... ------------------ |

Rich - I have a friend that has a DVD burner, I will ask him. But before I were to do that, I think I would spend more time on it to make the background, timing, etc. better. I was more concerned with file size with this. You put out the art and I can give it life I am not much of an artist though - as you can tell by my buildings and trees, depth perception... but I try ------------------ |

Since I believe nothing is settled yet, I just want to put my two cents in. Although I think Rich's artwork is very good, better than very good. I personally would like something more classy on the back of my jacket other than a cartoon. These cars are already getting beat up pretty good by others. A very good rendition of the car would be my choice, showing style, the great lines,, Anyway,,, just my thoughts,, ------------------ |

I had planned on posting pictures of the jacket today. However, I think someone changed the date and today was actually Friday the 13th!! I never made it into the office to pick it up, but I will do that tomorrow and get the pictures posted. Don't forget that we have until March 1. There is plenty of time. Based on the responses that I am reading, I have a thought to share....... There are those of us who consider their cars as a "hot rod" and would like a club jacket that reflects that image. There are also going to be those of us who consider our cars as a "classic" cruiser and would like something that reflects the actual car. I think it might be feasible to divide this contest into two categories: Hot Rod style and Classic style. We can choose from the submitted designs one jacket for each. Then everyone can choose which style they prefer to purchase for themselves. They will be able to be done in different colors, also, regardless of the design. Both styles will have the Prowleronline.com and/or Prowler Owners Association somewhere on the jacket, so they both will reflect the same group of Prowler owners. So please continue to submit both types of designs. What do you think? Oh, and the winners of each of the style categories will receive a free jacket!! I like the one Rich had in his first reply, I'd get one with the yellow kat (no Plymouth on the rear bumper because mines a 02). Let me know when you decide what you're going with, thanks. Al |

I do appreciate your interest Hot-Rod.....I promise you I have not forgotten about this project. If I recall correctly, I think I gave everyone until March 1 to submit designs for the jacket. We will have plenty of time to get the jackets finished for Colorado!!! |
