If it's for the standard boost unit with the larger pulley, the part number is 15535 and Paxton strongly recommends using the Dayco brand only for this application. Definitely Do Not us a ribbed back style belt!

Who installed the supercharger? Maybe they didn't shim the "V" belt tensioner assembly properly and the AC "V" belt may be hitting the serpentine belt as the serpentine belt has a tendancy to bounce slightly!

I had the same problem - Got the car back from Paxton and did not get 100 miles on the car and the belt shredded. Replaced it and it was stretched within a week and squeaking. when I got back from Deadwood took it back to the dealer and the mechanic there replaced it with a cog belt from napa. He ran the car a while then readjusted the tension. No problem since but I haven't used the air a lot. I think someone needs to look at the dayco belt - because it does not seem to be holding up.
