Kat 2K - I really like your solution and if you don't mind, I am going to copy you! I don't have front plates on my other cars but they are easy to put on and take off - once it is on the Kat - it is on the Kat. ------------------ |

Cliff - When you do it make sure that you install it so when the plate is up you can still turn the front wheel with out the tire rubbing the plate. The first time I put the hinges on the bracket plate rubbed the tire a little in a turn. Had to trim the bracket a little. Also the actuator I used is off of a truck electric rear window. It fits in the space on the left side panel that is remove with 3 bolts. |
