I do know there is new ownership there. I believe he just purchased it about a month ago. I had sent mine back because I had noticed that the plexiglass had come loose in a corner. He said that he would be glad to repair it at NO COST. He also said they had made a modification to the Air Patrol by adding a metal plate to the feet before applying the pads. This is supposed to eliminate the loosening glass problem. Also offered to make this modification at no charge, place new pads on it, and rub out a scratch I have on it. Again all this at no charge. He also claims to have a better way of adhering the pads so they won't slide. He seemed very eager to please so if anyone has not tried to contact them recently, try again. Maybe you'll have better luck. I have not received it back yet so I cannot report on the results.

The Pads are two piece. The bottom pad was sliding off the top pad. I think this was caused by heat of the summer day and the sun. It left a glue residue on my deck lid. Also the
strip under the glass came loose. I understand they have changed the glue to correct the problem.

I believe the company was purchased by Ed Goetz's son and he has had a few start up problems...my SS exhaust was delivered promptly but did not fit. I returned it within one week, February 19th to be exact, and to date I have not yet received a credit to my charge card..however,in fairness, this week, I received an e-mail from Bob telling me that it would be taken care of.
I really wish that the Air Patrol worked...even 50%, but my experience is that it is an outstanding looking piece but useless for it's intention.

My new pads came today, now I can order their license plate holder that adheres to the bottom of the bumper. The only problem is I will need a new drivers side bumper first, anyone out there have loose grey one out there they would love to part with? I can now get back to loving the aggressive looks of the air patrol. By the way, if you turn the air patrol around and put the knobs facing toward the driver and passenger it helps to stop the wind more than the way it was intended, at least mine does. Thanks again for the pads whoever up there in MN sent them. See ya, jeff

Thanks Jim, but I need just the one grey front drivers die bumper, that is unless they are selling them for real cheap!!!!!!!!! Anyway, Bob from Real Rod is trying to help me find a new front bumper for the prowler. He has been real helpful in the past few days and I really do think their products look the best, not putting anyone else down. Give the place you know a call and see what they want for the bumpers would you? Thank you very much, prowler owners are the best. See ya, jeff
