Lance, reconsider and realize you'll never please everyone. A dollar is certainly a dollar and the more we can each keep the better. But we should all also place value on the relationship. I purchased 2 warranties from Lance and the transaction went flawlessly. I had an additional garage built last summer and I didn't give the deal to the cheapest guy. The one that earned my trust won and, again, no regrets. I'm in sales and I can assure you few, if any, deals are one on price. On the other hand, if I'm buying "AA" batteries, I don't care where they come from as long as the price is right. Enough rambling, stick around. We value your partcipation. Gil ------------------ |
