I purchased an air patrol from Real Rod a few months back and now see that the rubber pads are sliding off.3 calls and 2 e-mails have gone unanswered over the past 3 weeks. I noticed a few posts on that other site (no name mentioned) with other people having the same problem. Anyone have any suggestions? |

Welcome to the Board. Suggestions? The owner of Real Rod has moved to the left coast and his son is running things, keep trying , Maybe his son is still adjusting to taking over the company. In the past they were on top of everything and took great care of all his customers. Thanks again and welcome, to what I think is the best place to Post. |

I talked to Bob last week and told him about the pads sliding and he said he would send out 4 new pads no problem. From what I understand, the pads he will be sending are just one piece not two. Hope this helps. |
