Can anyone tell me where I can buy the push in round disc that secure the liner to the inside of the hood. I have a 2001.

Locally we have some parts stores that specialize in automobile paint supplies and they always have a display of that type of clip.
If you can take a sample with you, that would definitely help as there are tons of them.

We have KOI Auto Parts (KY, OH & IN) and they actually have a paint supply store right next to the regular parts store.
It is only a few miles from me. If you can't find them locally, I can get you some and ship them but you should have something local, I would think.
