Well, I did it! Ordered new wheels for my Mulholland. The fronts are 17 X 8 Budnik "gasser" and the rears are 20 X 10 Budnik "fueler X", polished, billet aluminum, fat lip models. Should be here in 3 weeks. If you want to see pictures, check the Budnik site www.budnikwheels.com. Can't wait for them to arrive! |

I think the wheels are too much of a mix match but if you like it that's all that counts, BTW your link didn't work for me. This did www.budnik.com/home.asp . Al |

I like them, but not being a fan of factory wheels in general I have to admit the the Prowler OEM wheels are perfect for the kat...Cheers for Chrysler on this one |

RT-looks like you're going for the "old style" look. Post a photo when they're mounted. Too bad Budnick doesnt have the puter program to put the rims on your car to see what they look like before purchase. I know some wheel manufacturers do. |

Butchee, you're right on! This combination of wheels should be reminiscent of the wheels popular on the old A Altered, gas class cars! And if I don't like the "mix", I'll replace either fronts or rears. |

You will love them for how they change the look of the car and how they improve handling, ride and stopping with the reduction of unsprung weight (unless you are going to continue use of the original GoodYear IronEagle runflats.) I've had my Budniks on since June of 1999 and feel it was one of the best changes I made. The factory wheels looked okay to me, but they were nothing special in terms of quality = flaking chrome, non-show finished inside, breaking center caps, etc. which are all now behind you! |
