Welp, after the head gasket and supercharger install, shes back. I drove her and drove her and drove her, sunburned my arms until they hurt (wearing a muscle shirt) but kept right on going until dark except when I stopped to give her some cleaning love

Paxtons pretty sweet, but noticed a few things that could be better

Steel braided hoses. No way, we were installing those rubber hoses.

Boost gauge background is WHITE where your other 5-6 gauges are an off white, light grey background. Bad match

The boost tube (not sure what its called) that goes around ther engine, looks like a piece of aluminum from a junkyard. Should be polished. I think ill send mine to http://www.hpcoatings.com over the winter and have it blacked out. Did my hog exhaust there and if their work can hold up on my exhaust, itll hold up on anything.

Welp, I think my baby is calling me........

That tube does polish out like chrome, try that. I'm sure Dan has pics on his site of it. Both he and had it done down at Paxton when we were there. I'm not sure where they sent it. We had the piece done that comes up from the rear. Looks very clean.
I agree about the gauge. I'm working on it too. Auto meter says the gauge color/face is a Chrysler deal they won't release.
After all that,,,,,,,,, does it go fast??? ,, and sound awesome

Yes, the sound is the best part, it gets that added attention (like you need it)

Its very nice, the faster you go, the more the supercharger begs for more... Its a perfect match for the car. What a sweet sound when you floor it and are running wide open! The headers are a MUST do for everyone. I dont notice any extra noise from them, but the LOOK is what counts. The old standard manifold all rusty looking replaced with a gorgeous ceramic coated pipe that twists and heads out. You can see more and see the headers clearly, it should almost be a crime not to put these on!
