I just picked up the first set of Viper Side Panels Phil and I had made. I am very excited with the product. They are black jell coated hand laid fiberglass. They are made by same shop that makes my other high quality fiberglass products. The panel is mounted on my Midnight Blue Prowler. They fit great. Contact Phil or me if you are not already on the list to get a set. They are $850 plus shipping.

Hello guys, the panels look fantastic. I can't wait to get a set. Is it possible to get a picture of the inside of them.
Thank you

We are now taking orders, those who have contacted me over the last several months will be contacted by this Wednesday.
We will try to fill all orders as fast as possible. Each panel is fitted to the Prowler before shipping. This has been a long time coming and I am sure you will be completely satisfied with the quality that goes into each panel. The side marker will be left out, but for those that would like to put the marker light in. We will cut out the panel for you.

You can contact Gary at Prowler Products or contact me at pmanzaksr@yahoo.com to get you order in.

Yes , You keep your original panels. You can even use the same box that we ship it in to store your factory panels.

I just received the new side panels from Gary and Phil last night and I tried them on today. They fit perfectly and look super good. For the people ordering these, make sure you try the panels on your Prowler prior to getting them painted. I say this as this last summer I ordered a set of slotted side panels from someone else and I took them straight from the Greyhound station, the way they were shipped, to the body shop without first trying them on the Prowler. This was the first time I had ever ordered after market body parts for a car, so I had no idea as to the possibility of not fitting. Well when I got the panels back from the body shop, they did not fit correctly. They would not align up with the doors correctly. I contacted the individual who sold them to me and he instructed me as to some corrections I could make to the panels, but nothing worked. I ended up sending those panels back, at my expense, and he refunded my money for the panels, and he indicated something was wrong with the panels. He tried to fix the problem, but he had no idea if they would fit correctly after the alteration, so I chose not to risk the shipping cost again if they did not fit. The entire thing ended up costing me $650 for the wasted paint cost and shipping both ways. This is why I say try before you paint.
The attaching mechanism for the Gary and Phil's panels match those of the original Prowler panels which the other ones were of a different method.
Thanks you two for building these panels.

I have had several ask about installing these panels, These panels are simple Plug & Play, NO modifying at all. Simply remove the top 3 bolts, unplug lamp socket, Install new panels by just putting them into place & install the 3 screws, They are the exact same mounts as the factory panels. No Mickey Mouse holders or tabs.

When installing your new panels, It is best to remove the L shaped plastic tubing on the air cleaner inlet. This will allow the inlet of the air cleaner to suck air right at the Viper Vent

I did that and it will let more air into the engine...but what about water? Not that I'm going to be in the rain.

The vents are aimed to the rear just as the tube was, You will get no water in the inlet.

Still have the flame details to work out. Another great product from Gary & Phil. No issues with the installation. I decided to eliminate the side marker lights. I did have to remove the snorkel and foam pad from the passenger side.
