It's a wonderful restaurant with excellent food (my favorite). I have booked a private room for us. A menu has been selected and you will have three entrees to choose from. This is the only meal that I will have to collect money for. The cost of the meal will be $30.00 per person. It includes the meal, tax and gratuity. You can mail a check or money order (please have it arrive before August 18) for $30.00 per person to: CJ Longstreth 29 Cross Creek Boulevard Rochester Hills, MI 48306 OR You can bring the check with you. OR You can pay by PayPal - boblongstreth@comcast.net THE ASPEN - MENU Choice of Entree New York Strip 10-ounce center cut and chargrilled. Served on a bed of house au jus. Parmesan Whitefish Whitefish with Roasted Tomatoes and Parmesan Cheese Chicken of the Angels Breaded chicken breasts, sauteed with Mushrooms, Dice Tomatoes, and Spinach. Served over Angel Hair pasta in a Lemon Garlic sauce with Parmesan Cheese Included with the entree.. Roasted Red Potatoes Salad with choice of Ranch or Raspberry Vinagrette Dressing Freshly baked rolls (they bake their own rolls and desserts) Ice Cream Sundae Iced Tea, Soft Drinks, Milk or Coffee (free refills) Alcoholic drinks are available from the cash bar. You do not need to decide now what you would like. They will be making special menus for us and you can choose then. I just thought you would like to know what the entree choices would be. Is this the same meancat that bought steaks and fixin's for over half the people attending the Dells? We'll take up a collection in the parking lot from those that attended the Dell's.
