Here's a piece of video from the track:
http://www.rapachfamily.com/Video/track2.320.mov

It is 2.8MB. Sorry about the quality, I am still learning the best way to compress to small size and keep the best quality picture possible.

Nice video Andy. How did you mount the cam in the Viper?

Richard

Andy told me he was holding it with his hands, steering with his knees, and had one eye focused in the viewfinder, the other on the track! And you wonder why I drove Ed's car instead of mine?

Richard, Andy mounted a small tripod on the passenger seat in the Viper. I think that might be Marty driving my car because I do not remember Andy passing me. It could have been a track worker driving it, also. I really do not know.

Yes, bungee corded it to the passenger seat (the camera on a tripod that is, not Ed).

This was our second time on the track so I believe it was one of the safety crew driving Ed's car.

Andy, that would have been Marty on the second go round. Then the safety crew after that. I thought with the erratic driving it must be Marty. lol.

NOT GUILTY - They made me go out alone behind a pace truck. They figiured I would be driving so fast the others couldn't keep up. Remember you said you were talking about how loud your exhaust sounded when I drove by?

Andy took video after that when you were in the paced truck, I was rideing in Larry Cohn's Yellow Viper and a track worker was driving your kat!

I was driving erratic in your car, but only on the backstretch where you couldn't see me tryting to figure out how close I could get to the outside wall.

Marty, you are correct. I do remember that as a matter of fact. I guess Andy meant on his second go round and I forgot they cleared the track (and surrounding area) for you. lol.
