Hello, I want to replace the o-ring on my engine oil dipstick tube but am having trouble finding any info on that part. Has anybody replaced their tube o-ring or have any knowledge about sizing? Also, if anybody has done this- any issues to watch out for? I also have a question about the camshaft thrust plates. Dealer has noted they are leaking and states the plates are a back-order. I am questioning if these plates even need to be replaced (there is a gasket to seal them to the head). Does anybody know if there is an issue with installing new gaskets on older plates? According to the dealer, there is a part number supersession for the plates. Any info is greatly appreciated. Cory |

A good place to start for parts is Rock Auto. You don't have to buy from them but a good source of information. http://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/plymouth,1999,prowler,3.5l+v6,1357017,engine |

I did already view Rock Auto as well as a few other parts sites. Just can't find the info I'm looking for. I'll get the info the hard way! Lol. |
