Has anyone had this drip problem and if so how did you fix it? Replace petcock with a new one if you can find one? Or get a universal plug and seal it as opposed to a petcpck?

Could it be just some fluid spilled lower and it’s finding its way out .
Maybe some debris Got in the threads .

It took some time but we got it done the whole back was the radiator petcock did not seal properly because of the two tabs on the inside of the drain plug... the solution was to drain the system pull a plug and cut those tabs off now it works fine.

All in all not too bad to do the belt as long as you take your time... the one that came out looked fine actually with the Chrysler emblem so it was the original.

It took a little longer because I had to drop the alternator to get at the lower radiator hose clamp based on the angle of the clamp was place by the factory.

Regarding the petcock the issue with those are there are two tabs at the end of the petcock and if you take the petcock all the way out getting those tabs back in is very hard to do. Mine was leaking because one of the tabs did not go all the way through and allowed it to leak a bit so I removed the petcock after draining the system back down and cut those two tabs off and everything works just fine.

I bled the system per the manual and currently running right at the 3 o'clock as it should on the temperature gauge.

This was a great learning experience all the way around and thanks to all that helped.
