I am unable to lower the passenger's window from the driver side(raising the window is OK). I tried to remove the bezel and the switches from the door with no success. I used a thin tool that I inserted in the front trying to unlatch the tab. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. Also, when removed, what shall I look for in the switch to fix the problem? I have already tried the WD40 idea. Thank you for the help. John |

The switches should really be removed, working from behind the panel. Otherwise you might end up breaking a tab. If WD40 isn't working, you might need to replace the switch. |

The door panel isn't hard to remove but be careful removing the dezel around the door handle, it slides to the rear. There are better instructions than these in this link and I will try to find them for you.
Here is a video showing the installation of a Tom Mills window regulator and it shows remoing the door panel. This message has been edited by padroo on 07-05-2015 at 09:09 AM |
