If anyone is interested I replaced the rear Fender Mud gaurds with a 3M Paint protective film . Its is 9 mils thick with an adhesive back .It is a non yellowing urethane base film .When its on its !! Invisible!! The 3 M part # is 84906 This is a roll 6 inches by 84 inches . Should be enough to do 2 cars . The cost was $42.00 Canadian which is probably about $5.00 U S .....

I think without the guards the car looks much better, maybe Sassy can have the same company that did the deck lid protector make fender protectors also. The laser cut would give the protectors a nice clean cut, I'd like to see them cut in the same shape as the stock guards.

Al,
Mine are exact same cut as the original, although the edges are very hard to find. I hear some others have the whole front end done also.,,

Mom is getting Zole to cut the fender guards and add them to the list of protectors he is selling for the prowler. We love the deck lid protector. He is doing the side and nose soon to. Call him and ask him.
