When using the radio knob to set the volume, it doesn't matter if I turn it clockwise or counterclockwise, the volume is only going up. However, the steering wheel volume control is working just fine. Any idea what could be the cause? Thank you |

Sounds like it needs some electrical contact cleaner or WD 40 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kU-Yx47gXAs robin This message has been edited by robin on 05-30-2017 at 05:31 PM |

If all else fails, contact Alison at United Radio. Her email is asekzer@unitedradio.com Their website list all the items they work on. They repaired my Prowler remote CD changer and their service and warranty is excellent. |

My volume knob wasn't working today. A little while later it was working fine. Go figure. Hopefully it will continue to work. The steering wheel controls worked the entire time. |

I tried Robin's idea with no success. I will pump some more WD40 and if it doesn't work I will go LSK suggestion. Does anyone still have new radio for sale? Thanks again |
