So i found out that you shouldn't put ceramic brake pads on the rear of you're Prowler cause the rotors are aluminum and they can't be cut. New rear rotors $1100.00.

I'm guessing that the ceramic is harder than aluminum & something is going to wear when you hit the brakes.

The rear rotors are an aluminum/ceramic composite. Maybe ceramic on ceramic doesn't work.

The sad thing is that the former owner of my Prowler should have known better.

use stk fact pads.those rr rotors are mighty expensive.putting ceramic pads on rr will not help breaking at all, since about 80 percent is done by the frts.

I have a pulsating in the brake pedal when slowing down from higher speeds. The right rear passenger rotor has a bump on it so when i get it back tomorrow i'll see how it is.
