We lost a good friend this morning. Jack Trapanier, father of Troy Trepanier (Rad Rods by Troy) passed away this morning. We just spent some time with him last Friday at Autorama visiting with him, Troy and his wife Judy. He was to have triple by-pass surgery yesterday. Bob has known Troy and Jack for a long time, and has provided info and parts to Troy. Jack was an extremely nice man, as is Troy and his family. Hard to believe we just saw him and now he is gone. We will miss him and so will the automotive world. Our condolences to Troy, Judy and their family. Rest in peace Jack.
Please join us in sending our sympathy to builder and fabricator Troy Trepanier of Rad Rides by Troy and his family. The Rad Rides crew lost one of their founding members this week with the passing of Troy’s father, Jack Trepanier. Jack was general manager at Rad Rides, and an active and enthusiastic participant in the hot rodding community. Troy says that his career started in his dad’s repair shop, and Jack has been a part of Troy’s success ever since, attending auto shows and races, offering shop tours, and keeping us at HOT ROD up to date on all the best projects and details coming out of the Rad Rides facility. Friends and fellow builders are already posting their memories of his wonderful sense of humor and friendly demeanor on the Rad Rides Facebook page. Jack is gone too soon, but we appreciate his contributions to our hobby, and send our condolences to Troy and the Rad Rides team. RIP Jack. Thanks for all you’ve done. It is hard to accept the reality of losing some one so close so soon after being with them. As I age, this is happening all too often with close friends of ours. RIP |
