Posted elsewhere, I do so very much enjoy driving my cars. But, I absolulty LOVE polishing, cleaning and detailing them. One of the best compliments I've ever received was from Tom Mills on my black car, letting me know how impressed he was with how the Paint and the car looked. Speaking with others here, some are detail freaks and they have taught me a lot. This is one of my GMMG Trans Ams. The suspension, undercarriage etc. Are perfect. Put runway lights on one of my lifts. Love it.

How much do you charge John? You could keep all your cars with a detailing business on the side. The down side would be you wouldn’t be able to spend as much time on your cars. I’d rather be driving than cleaning the car. There is a marina down here that will take care of your boat for you. You let them know you want to use it & it’s gassed up , clean, ready to go. Just bring it back & they will clean it up & store it till you want to use it again. You might be able to do this with classic cars. That way you could enjoy cars you don’t have now. Let the owners pay for the insurance, etc. Don’t do repairs. Just clean & store them with the stipulation you can drive them once in a while to keep everything lubricated & batteries charged.
