every once in awhile i have to go manually with the password and name to get on the site. do other members have the same problem?

I use POA as my home page and when I hit the "internet" icon twice, the second one requires me to sign in. I usually do that by accident or when the wireless service is acting up due to really bad weather.

Don,,,check this:


Near the top of this page, right side,,,look for the word

"preferences" CLICK ON THAT,

Next page has your settings. Look for V V V V

Store Username & Password in browser memory for 1 year (otherwise you will have to type your username and password once per browser session)

Is the YES checked? If not, give that a try....hopefully that'll work for you?

Are you 'deleting your stored cookies often'?
