Just sharing to vent a bit to the POA... Prowler is all fixed and working well... That said, (And this started last year)... There is a new Vette in the neighborhood... Z06 and he is the worst... He thinks he has the world's fastest car which is fine by me.. The issue is, he harasses me at every chance he gets which includes gunning it right at me playing chicken... Other times he is continually inches from my rear bumper as he rev's the engine till he decides to pass me at full throttle... I continue to give him the double bird each time but he is relentless... I've never harmed this man in anyway... He has acted this way from day 1 when he 1st saw the Prowler... Its not my fault he purchased 1 of 5 million that no one cares about... I would never act that way to anyone ever.. Such disrespect and dangerous... Kids are all over and hes going to kill someone... Why does being an A$$hole come so natural to some people. Ok... venting done...

Video him with your Smart Phone and take it to the cops. You may be able to get a restraining order against him that he can't come near you within a certain distance. He can also possibly be charged with road rage, reckless driving etc. I would definitely try to file any and all applicable charges against him.

Just read Rich's last sentence and was thinking the same while reading your post. Frustrating yes, but giving him additional cause from that gesture - hate to see it come back to bite you our Prowler friend. |

Thanks for the suggestions and chiming in... As a side note... All last year I ignored him and did not react to a single instance of his harassment (conservatively, more than a dozen times)... It not till this year and the start of the new harassment did I flip him a response... |

Don't you just hate it when someone's jealousy results in poor behavior on their part. Take the high road and continue to ignore the person when he acts poorly. I do however agree that having his actions on video couldn't hurt. Get two of them so one can face forward and one rearward. I don't know if they have an option to record sound or not but if that option is available, it might be worth it if the time comes where audio would be beneficial. On the other hand, maybe make a cardboard sign that says "Smile....You are on Candid Camera" and hold it up for him to read as he tailgates you. |

Rich,, IMO, I'd give him a  every time he is passing your car on the road, instead of the bird.. He'll soon get tired of you promoting his ZO6 with a ,,, and eventually will leave you alone. He sounds like an idiot... Best wishes... |

The worst thing for his ego is being laughed at !!! Nothing will piss him off more than seeing you laughing at him as he drives by . Always look happy and having more fun then him. If you get a chance to actually speak to him, tell him your grandmother has the exact same Vette. That model/color is really popular, you see a couple of them EVERY day. |

Yesterday I was out with my Prowler on a two lane 40 mph road and a C6 Corvette approached from the other direction. As soon as he came alongside of me, he accelerated real hard and loud almost making me jump out of my seat. Amazing how insecure some other drivers can be. Do you know where this guy lives? Bring some friends for support and pay him a visit. |

I own a Corvette and Prowler. However, there is a reason I never have joined a Corvette club. Most of the owners are Jags, and that comes straight from an owner. |

I also own a corvette and prowler. No matter which one I'm driving there is always an encounter with an a$$hole. The world is full of them. When ever I see one pulled over by the cops, I honk my horn, wave and give them the thumps up, especially when they just had to show me how bad they are. |

never liked the Corvette Groups, they act so stock-up. I always piss them off at car shows. I park right next to them and all the kids come to my car instead of theirs, so I take pictures of the kids at my car and no one at theirs and send it to them on their facebook, on their phones, i print them out and put them on their windshield wipers. you have to understand how to enjoy life. and I enjoy doing this to them. |

Hi Rich I'm kind of new on here my suggestion would be to go rent a HELLCAT or DEMON then chase this A-HOLE around the neighborhood, I'm sure you'll have a great time doing it.... Oh and one more thing Rich I also have a 2007 ZO6 that I bought brand new, It only has 7,000 miles on it and it sits in the garage most of the time I have to agree with AC and FastLane The Corvette Group are NOTHING like the Prowler Group.... I have a good buddy that also has a Vet and he is always razzing about the Prowler and how it only has a six banger in it, I reply, I don't have to go fast to stand out and be stylish because I have a unique beautiful sexy Prowler and maybe you should get one and maybe you'll understand what a wonderful feeling it is to own a Prowler, It gets him every time and I enjoy it!... lol Have a great summer stay safe and enjoy the ride, Hope I can call you a new friend....
