Note from Gene and Dixie.

After having Arnie over a year, we finally got some photos.

On May 29, we took Arnie up to ski at Arapahoe Basin in Colorado. When the General Manager met Arnie, he gave him a free lift pass. Arnie got into a scuffle with a Snowboarder going down a closed slope, ending up at the Ski Patrol First Aid Station. This ended his skiing, so he had to stay in the JEEP the rest of the day. We had to go skiing without him.
Arnie will be at Shipshewana in July to look for a new Prowler home

Thanks Alley Cat, we had Arnie on 6 trips in the Motorhome a total of 9500 miles, and could only remember to get him out one time for pictures (the Ski trip)!!!!!! Arnie needs to go to someone younger who does not have all of our Senior Moments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope we find his new owners at Shipshewana, Indiana. Ed can preform the passing of Arnie Ceremony at the Prowler gathering. Gene & Dixie

Gene, I might take it and take it to Switzerland next year. Those guys can take it around to several other countries and then send it back before the E U goes out of business totally. lol

This is so funny. I was literally thinking about him last week. I was wondering were in the world he was, if he was okay, the lineage of who had him, where Austin has traveled and how many speeding tickets he has witnessed. I know I have been away for quite a while; so I apologize if I have missed any other posts. You just made my day Ed. Thank you!!! I feel like a proud PaPa!!!

We had him neutered and spayed or whatever they call it so there wouldn't be any grandchildren showing up at your door.
Good to see you posting Bill.
Everytime I see the U S Open Tennis mentioned, I think of you. Thanks again for all your help.

has anyone kept a log of where he's been and who he traveled with?

If not, speak up if you have traveled with Austin.

I always thought that was AC's first name...hum...I wonder if there might be a connection there. You certainly wouldn't name an armadillo "Larry".

Thanks Bob, for the Info on "Austin"!! What year was the Texas event, 2004 or 2005? I am trying to get an age on the "Little Texas Armadillo". He sure was a "Hit" at the Ski Slopes when we had him out taking his pictures, everyone wanted their picture taken with Austin. It sounds like he has already been all over the US. Wildbill started a "Little Armadillo Rock Star"!!! Gene
