Idive -- it is not for me . A lady with a Prowler is moving her Prowler to another State and asked me if I could help her with the front plate holder and Her Prowler has No bumpers ,I told her I would see what I could for her. |

Say Jim, check with Mac (Galaxie). He's made them before, do not know if he may have any on hand. |

Jim On the Candy pic above I used the orig tag holder. Got a 36'' piece of stainless steel bar at Home Depot. Just inside the grill is a cross member bar with holes. Cut the bar into 2 pieces to reach from the holes out thru the grill to the position of the plate off the nose. Place the bar over the cross member bar for support. Drill holes in the bar and secure with some bolts and nuts. I ran the bolt up from the bottom of the cross member and ran a nut down to hold the bolt. Then added washer and nut on top to hold the bar to the cross member. If she doesn't have the orig tag holder you can use a 'L' bracket with 2 holes. One to the plate and one to the bar. Do those side panels on the silver look familiar? This message has been edited by stevedymo on 05-14-2013 at 10:12 AM |
