I was driving east on I-70 last Friday in my Classic GMC motorhome and was passed by about 15 Prowlers obviously heading to or returning from somewhere. It seems I seldom see even 1 Prowler on the road and it was a real kick to see so many great looking Prowlers. Kinda made me wish I was with them in mine. ------------------ |

I saw the motor home and thought it was great that it was still in use. I always liked the GMC Motor Homes. |

I too had a GMC motorhome bought it new in '78, had it for 33 years. I had to give it up last year, spun a bearing, and decided to give it it to Cinnabar in Sandusky MI. I was one of the Prowlers you saw on Friday, we were on our way to Wright Patterson AFB. |

Yes, you probably saw mine as well. I don't believe Doug had the hardtop on as of yet. This message has been edited by EssexExport on 10-02-2012 at 08:09 AM |

Mike, there are several Prowlers in the Dayton area. John Buehrle, Dayton Prowler, Mike Erbaugh and a few between Dayton and Cincy. If you are interested in joining us from time to time, send me an email at emonaha and that is at gmail dot com. We are in 3 parades every year and have an (after) Christmas party and usually a few other things during the year. Welcome to POA |
