Thinking about listing my Black Tie #85, it is in excellent condition and I have owned it the past 7 years. It has 53,000 miles. No issues, cold a/c, and just did the fuel pump upgrade. Front shocks were replaced with older NOS non-leaking ones. All maintenance up to date. What's it worth?

There were only 163 Black Ties and being it is the fastest and rarest, you should get "top dollar." Good luck with the sale.

Frank AKA Blue Tie was looking for a Florida car. I will let him know.

Good deal for a BT!

If someone wants to buy my Silver 2000 for a kabillion dollars, I could buy the Black Tie and have a "Twin" for my Dad's car (JeraneW)......That would get the people to notice, or maybe really confuse them.

"most low mileage prowlers havent been driven enough, tend to sit and change owners alot, and most services are skipped"

I don't agree with that comment at all. But I also don't agree that 53K mileage is high.

If it were an off-lease beemer or something, that would be considered very low mileage.

Anyway, all in all I think it's a good deal.

"most low mileage prowlers havent been driven enough, tend to sit and change owners alot, and most services are skipped"

i wrote this in comparison to most exotic cars that change hands often, most maintenance is skipped

a little more rare since a BT and matching trailer was lost in a house fire here in Nova Scotia... great deal, good luck on the sale... mileage shouldn't be an issue if maintained.. mine is still going strong at 80,000 miles
