I am giving serious consideration to removing my front bumpers and wonder what the options are to maintain the parking/turn signal lamps.

As an alternative, you could search "Tom Mills Kit".

When I bought my Kat the bumpers were already off of it and the parking/turn signal lamps had been relocated behind the grill.

I was not comfortable with that solution so I looked at other options (Both mentioned above) and while I initially preferred the version offered by Gary, I ended up with the Mill's version simply because it was offered painted to match.
It has been two years now and I now actually prefer what I have.
