Hello To ALL. I will get to the POA Prowler Trading Cards subject in a moment. I've only been around/on the POA since March '09. Having the time of my life owning my Inca Gold '02 Prowler also since March. It has become an obsession and my wife just doesn't understand it. Doing a lot of research on the POA site and others prior to purchasing my Prowler off of Ebay paid off big time! Having it shipped across country from CA to PA by Horizon Trucking out of Connecticut went very smoothly....again by checking their credentials beforehand, etc. went without any glitches (top inside rack of an enclosed carrier).....all for $1250......not too bad! I attribute my recent good fortunes to YOU.....and all the fabulous information YOU folks are willing to share with the world and the POA. In recent months I have also had the pleasure of meeting the ECP.....everyone should be so lucky! Okay.....back to the POA Prowler Trading Cards. If someone has done this already and it exists currently, I apologize here and now in advance.....but personally wasn't aware of it or noticed anything on the POA posts prior. I recently had my Prowler printed on some awesome looking trading cards (front and back photos are attached here.....larger than actual size also). The backside of my card incorporates one of Rich Wares photos, which helps promote his artistry AND his signature/date is on the card as well, honoring him full credit for his fabulous artwork!! I did the same thing with my last hotrod and handed out the trading cards to children at car shows and cruises......talk about lighting up a smile on a kids face (we need to get more kids involved in our hobby and passion in order to keep it going for many years to come......they will be the backbone of our hobby someday IF WE encourage them now)! Regarding these trading cards, even adults want them and other cruisers want to know more about them and where I had them done. If you have a desire to have your Prowler printed on trading cards....I thought it would be cool for us to start TRADING them with each other......be nice to have an authentic & unique collection of POA members Prowlers! Who knows, could end up being a 'collectible' also someday! Here's the website and company who did my Prowler Trading Cards.....and what a fabulous job they did......quality is second to none > http://moderncolorprinting.com/. I ordered my cards and five days later they were at my doorstep!!!! If you're interested, visit their site. I dealt with Michelle Perry....who did a wonderful job expediting the entire project. You can reach Michelle Perry directly at > sales@moderncolorprinting.com or use the 'contact us' button on their website. The cards are absolutely beautiful......sharp 4-color process and UV coating (ON BOTH SIDES of the card)! You send them your photos and tell them what you want in 'type' on both sides.....their designers will come up with their rendition and send it back to you for your approval and or changes prior to being printed! The prices are so reasonable (and being associated with the printing industry), I don't see how they can even afford to print these trading cards at rock bottom prices! With the economy the way it is currently, nows the time to have these puppies printed! Imagine if everyone going to Pidgeon Forge next week all had trading cards to swap with each other........wow! Anyway, sorry for rambling on. Just hope some of you folks will proceed in having some trading cards made up with your Prowlers on them........would love to trade mine with you and start a collection. I think this would be rather cool!! By the way......I couldn't care less who you contract with to have your cards printed.....just thought the above info would help......either way, 'just do it'! Notice the ghosted image of my Prowler on the card below behind the type......cool! Thanks, This message has been edited by broakie56 on 09-29-2009 at 09:42 PM |

Brett, glad you are enjoying your car. Take your wife to a few events and maybe the other women will help her get the bug. Once she see's some of the custom Prowler jewelry she will be hooked. On the trading cards, not a bad idea, IMO on the back should have some info on the car and POA, more personal info on the front like year, make, how many of that color, your cars nickname. The kids really like the diecast cars that get passed out also. ------------------ This message has been edited by WildCat on 09-29-2009 at 08:04 PM |

Thanks Larry and Sue. Hope this catches on with many more POA owners! Kids are just like me.....don't care about what is says.....just let the pics do the talkin'. I'm an old fart & STILL a kid at heart! I agree with the die-cast hand outs as well....another fine gesture by POA folks! The Mrs. is coming around....lol! Take care, ------------------ This message has been edited by broakie56 on 09-29-2009 at 08:18 PM |

Andria..........I will send you approx. 100 cards should you care to hand out! You should have them by this Friday. Thanks for asking and passing them out...this will give a lot of other KAT owners a chance to view the quality and hopefully we can start a new hobby here at the POA. Kind Regards, ------------------ This message has been edited by broakie56 on 09-29-2009 at 08:42 PM |

Here you go Gary > http://moderncolorprinting.com/ Once on the site, select 'Trading Cards'.....I got the '16-point'.....thick & sturdy card. UV coated both sides....awesome!! You can get a minimum of 500 cards and as many as you want. For the price of these things, I got the 'tc03' batch........kids in my neighborhood are already using them clipped on to their bicycle forks flapping in the spokes....just like the ol' days my friend. Need any additonal info.....give me a shout or talk with Michelle Perry @ MCP and she'll help you too. I forewarned her that other orders will follow!

GenoTex and any other POA members (or guests) >>> if you wish to TRADE ME one of YOUR Prowler Trading Cards for mine....PM me expressing so and to exchange addresses! I'd like starting my Prowler Trading Cards Collection immediately.....I'm not getting any younger! If you wouldn't mind giving up two of your Porwler cards, I'd appreciate it......one for me and one for my Grandson. Just a reminder.....if you are attending the 2009 Smokies/Pidgeon Forge event in October.......seek out Andria (Alrtg) and ask here for one of my cards for you to keep. She didn't realize she was going to have to work at the event! Thanks again ANDRIA!!! Thank you in advance, ------------------ This message has been edited by broakie56 on 09-30-2009 at 08:15 PM |
