A little embarrassed to be asking this question but those that are married, have ever been married and even have a girl friend will empathize. The Smokies was our first Prowler event and my wife truly enjoyed it. Now she loves our cat even more. Well she saw one of the other ladies who had a fairly large gold Prowler type cat with a diamond around it's neck on a necklace. We asked the gal and she told us where she got it. Now being a husband I knew for a fact that Ann would remember the name of the jeweler because wifes do not forget things like that. WRONG, I was supposed to have remembered. If any of you recognize this necklace as being yours or your wife's, I would ever so grateful if you could let me know the name of that jeweler? It would be much appreciated. quote: Theer are several ladies that have Prowler necklaces. My wife has one and several others now have one like it too from seeing her's at different events. It does not have a diamond eye. I seen one on the Route 66 trip and I think there was a diamond eye. Sue is thinking it was Dixie. I have heard from many people that their wife/girlfriend was not into cars and didn't understand the Prowler. Once they went on a trip and met the people behind the car then they changed their mind and wanted to know when the next event is. The car is a life changing experience. Your vacations revolve around where the car wants to go on vacation to be with it's siblings. Once they are together then the drivers/owners and passengers get to socialize. It is really the people that keeps everyone coming to the events, the car is just the common factor. In 2000 a trip to Arizona was planned, then Larry Lord and Julie inviting the Prowler Owners to join them in Deadwood SD in 2001 on their vacation. The events got larger. But many small events were planned and are just as much fun. The reason we have name tags is most people have trouble with names. Some I still only remember by screen name. Good Luck in finding the person with the diamond eye. ------------------ |

The ones we have were made by Gary(Mr McGoo) They are flat on the back and about 2 1/2" in length. Some have the diamond and some do not. |

McGoo is his POA name. Getting off the original topic, which happens once in a great while, TN Cat & Wildcat pointed out that the women become interested after meeting the others. |

i had a similar experience after the Branson event where my girlfriend had seen several women with prowler necklaces. after some inquiries, i bought one from McGoo; who was most gracious and actually had it made for us. needless to say.... it was great and well worth the investment.. the one we got did not have the diamond in it... good luck with your search.. |

Mr. Goo added my diamond and mailed my prowler back to me at the hotel, hell of a nice guy. Too bad I forgot my chain while packing. |

The fanciest necklace I have seen belongs to Louise. Her's has the diamonds along the bottom of the necklace. I think Vicki had gotten her's from the same place. This message has been edited by PROWLERWIDOW on 10-13-2009 at 09:33 AM |

I pulled a frame out of the video with Louise modeling the necklace and trying to make Richard jealous. Look who else came to the party. |
