Blacktie: Probably several reasons, but I wouls start with the ground straps to the frame. Primarily the one from the PCM( Power Control Module) behind the right side side panel and pull the long screw out (with the ground wire), clean up both ends and reinstall tightly. There are also several other ground straps that could be corroded or loose. Pop the dash and check those straps on the dash assembly. Trial and error may be the ticket. Am sure Jan will hve some ideas too. Takes careful deliberate efforts to find these small glitches, but have faith.

do you have a ext.warranty.curious.remove neg batt cable for 1 min.and reinstall and see if that solves the problem.if not, unhook wires to mirror and see if anything changes.to clean grounds there are 7 in the frt.1 on firewall to rt lower of column where it comes thru firewall.other 6 are 2 at frt under h/lite area 2 near center of engine and 2 at frame rails at firewall.yo will have to search foir them these are approx.locations.clean them as reg maintenance since it has moat likely never been done.the grounds are dissimilar metals and will corrode after time.theres also 2 in rr.rt rr rail and lt rr rail at very back.if that doesnt do it,could be other things like fuel pump and or bcm.you would have to take to dealer and see if they can find it or live with it.

I would have suggested to just leave the car running all the time, but that might be miscontrued as being a wisea$$ answer. lol
Good luck, hope you find the glitch.
Let us know what it was.

Blacktie, I have the exact same symptoms. I just decided to record the mileage for the time being but I'll eventually try 392hemi's and Catfish's suggestions.
