Information for the Bracket race Classes. This year we will have three (3) classes. 1) Race Cars (Winner & Runnerup) 2) Street Cars (any make Corvette, Mopar, Ford Chevy, Import, etc) - (Winner & Runnerup) 3) Car Club (Corvettes & Mopars ONLY) - (Winner, Runnerup, Semifinalists, Quarterfinalists) I'm prepared to run a Prowler only class if we have the interest or just take on the vettes... Just tell the front gate you want the Car Club class. We'll run the Prowler class in between rounds... You can select whatever class you want. But, I'm trying to emphasize the Corvette vs Mopar Class). So, when you check into race track gate, they will ask what class you will be racing in for time time trials or Bracket racing... You'll be able to change up until you get your Tech # written on your window by track personnel. Sunday, March 11th - 4th Annual Corvette vs Mopar Car Club Race Day at No Problem Raceway in Belle Rose Louisiana. 8:00 AM Gates Open and Touring Laps begin on Road Course 11:00 AM Road Course end & Tech Begins for Drag Strip 11:30 AM Drag Strip Time Trials Begin 2:30 PM Drag Race Eliminations Begin

Hey Laddie: I know, I was thrilled. I don't remember what the temps were that time - it was in 2005, when you and Marty were there. See ya in a couple of weeks. Tami |

They have a ton left to do on the Evo, new huge brakes, wheels/tires, front CF splitter, CF rear wing, new hood, new carbon fibre(CF) trunk, roll the fenders, Cams, tune and detail...So chances are slim to get ur done.... But I am still showing and keeping my promise. Looking forward to eat again at the Grapevine in Donaldsonville... |

Lindsay wants to come to race again but I don't have a Prowler at the present time and the SSR weighs 5000 pounds with me sitting it so it ain't too quick off the line! You all have fun and post times and pics! |

Marty, Lindsay and CJ - sorry to hear it. I'll try my best to represent the females there. We'll miss you guys. Marty if you decide to come I'll help you take some equipment off of the SSR to make it faster, or you can make some runs in mine. As it sits right now, I'll be scrambling just to get mine reassembled, but I'll make it happen. I have the nose being repainted and the interior of the headlight pods after I got a little too much help from another Prowler owner that will remain nameless to get some moisture out of one of them T This message has been edited by TFischer on 03-02-2007 at 08:26 AM |

We're on our way back to Houston, Mike's driving and I'm posting. Everyone had a great time!! The weather and track conditions were fairly good. Mike's Westech 5.0 stroker came within a couple of 100th's of a second to breaking his own previous record. It ran a 11.67sconds on it's best run. Laddies supercharged Westech stroker ran well too, I'm sure he'll post more results shortly. Thanks to Laddie for putting on the event! Thanks to Jim and Gary for all of the support and assistance! Thanks to everybody that attended, too many names to mention! It was a fun time with a great turnout for a great charity. Thanks to everyone |
