What would you guess the percentage of total Prowlers built still have 20,000 miles or less on the odometer? Based on the Prowler sales that I see on Ebay. I would guess around 60% This message has been edited by BeWare on 01-06-2007 at 09:31 AM |

Think that is low. With 20,000 or less is probably closer to 75%. Check all the adds, Auto Trader, Cars.com, E-Bay. But we are in the ball park for sure. Marty's had the highest miles I had heard of at 130,000+. |

Yes, 65% is my idea also. Pat thinks the number is far less. |

I have owned 3 Prowlers. One had over 50,000 and the other two have less than 20,000 so therefore 66 percent is the correct answer. lol |

60% sounds like a reasonable amount to me.... ....I still have a 2000 with only 225 miles....I should get it out more I guess... |

Based on Ed's theory, my 4 all have less than 10,000 so 100% of Prowlers have less than 20,000. |

Just finished a 37 hours of driving time road trip from Louisville to Miami and back in my SSR. We saw 4 SSR's on the road and zero Prowlers. They made basically twice as many SSR's as Prowlers. This leads me to believe that a much larger percentage of Prowlers are "weekend only" or "event" cars and thus have lower mileage. I already have 17,000 miles on the SSR. (averaged 21.7 MPG for the entire trip) Having so many Prowlers with low miles is a good thing for me. I believe when I am looking for a Prowler in a year or two there will still many low mileage ones to choose from. |

I have to agree with you Marty. There will still be low mileage cats available in 10 years, probably. Glad you are still around posting. |

Marty is right. There two garage queens here in town that are hardly ever out. I don't think either one of them has 1000 miles on it. |
