My guess would be yes it can. The dimple might pop out and the nose certainly can be refinished and painted. |

In case you haven't already done so, you may want to crawl underneath and inspect the metal bracket that serves as the lower support for the nose. That bracket may be bent or damaged if the nose got hit hard enough. I would think a good fiberglass guy could make an invisible repair on the damage I can see in your pic. If not, 3M makes colored duct tape... |

Fixed a MUCH bigger ding (but no paint damage) on GRROWLjr-2nd's PT cruiser bumper-surround (purple also, not the black "bumper" part, but the painted part fused to it). It's apparently the same/similar material, I used a hairdryer from behind and massaged out the ding. 100% repair, unnoticeable. If you look in the manual for repairs on this type of material, I believe you will find that this is repairable (but, yes, you'll need more than Zaino to get the color back). -GRROWL |

I did not notice this The first time thru the pics.
Think this was done by someones ring or what? Ran across this prowler for sale, the price seems to be right. But it needs some TLC. This message has been edited by kat hunter on 11-24-2006 at 01:37 PM |

Brian - yup,,,everything can be fixed or replaced,,,,,,but I'd own it super cheap or pass on it. Make the bastad who treated this fine car like that,,,pay for their lack of concern. Damn near looks like it could have been a LasVegas rental car,,,,,the renters there destroyed many cats. |

Obviously the car has some issues you can see and maybe some you can't. Unless you can by it real right you might consider some of the cars for sale here. Certainly would cost you more but you can usually get a good idea of the cars history. |

OK, I guess I'm going to pass on this one. I'll kick myself later. Wife told me several times to go ahead and by it. Bbut I think I recognized what was truly meant by the tone of her voice. Here is the link for anyone interested. I also have a carfax report courtesy of another member (Thanks) that I can pass on for anyone truly interested.
