Does anyone know Daniel Heinecke he is from Switzerland?

In April Daniel ordered a couple of items from the Prowler Store. We let him know the additional postage and sent the order to him requesting the additional postage. Well Daniel hasn't paid us the $22.00 postage due. The package was delivered to him on June 13.

I have sent Daniel multiple emails which he hasn't responded to and am hoping someone knows Daniel and would ask him to please pay his postage.

I think it would be a shame if we have to start collecting the international postage in advance because of this one incident but we are considering it.

What are your thoughts on this?

Just because someone can afford to buy a classy car doesn't mean they have class!

Phil - I'd say collect the shipping charges 'before' it leaves the states.

I've always had to pay shipping charges before shipment from any supplier... make it policy...

Why would you send anything anywhere (states or not) without them paying the shipping up front?

If I buy anything on eBay or anywhere else, I can't send them the money for the item and tell them after I get it, I'll pay the shipping.

Am I missing something here?????

Thank you for your comments.

We were just trying to be helpful because we would have to wait until we received the merchandise, weigh it, and send the amount to the people which would add another week or two until we received there check or money order.

What ever happened to trust and integrity?

There are people who still deal with trust, since 1984 I have been buying "Show Me" Barbecue sauce from a veterinarian in Missouri that sends the product UPS with the billing inside. I'm sure he is retired by now.

Don't know why I mentioned that but if someone wants excellent barbecue sauce that doesn't need to be refrigerated let me know and I'll send you his phone number.
