Today I put the Real Rod smoothie back pan on, was very proud that I did it myself, Then the rookie that I am I closed the deck lid without hooking up the release button, Is there any way to open it manualy?

so true M/Diver,,,,,,also, one could blow a fuse. The electric hood release botton is on the same circuit with the power accessory outlet [aka cig. lighter outlet] in the dash panel. Fuse is located under the dash on the driver's side.
