Trying to get as many Kats as possible to Meet and Greet and Cruz, November 12th. If you haven't been to Boyd Codington's Shop you will find it real interesting on how he builds his Hot Rods, He also as a Show Room with Cars for sell. Boyd's Open House is from 9:00 AM till 12:00 noon. I will be there about 10:00 and we can tour Boyd's and around 12:30 we can take a Cruz, Right now I'm open to suggestion on where to go. If you plan on coming please send me a E-Mail jimvbell@yahoo.com or go to the NEW MEET and GREET Web Site. Hi Jim, We should be able to make it to Boyd's, but depending on where the cruz goes and how long it is will depend on whether we can make that part, prior commitment in th early afternoon. Sounds great Boyd has a nice facility, been there a few times. Watch the railroad tracks on the way down Lambert near palm street unless they fixed them they can be pretty rough on the Kat. Okay Gang, I haven't heard to many responds on Saturday Nov 12th we have about 8-9 cars so far. So come up with some excuses on why you can't cancel everything else and come join us. I will be happy to lend you some of my excuses to get that KAT out. It's allot of money sitting in the garage collecting dust. We had a really good time at the last get together and meet allot of new friends. I hope everyone has had a chance to look at your Web site http://www.socalprowlersmeetangreet.zoomshare.com/ and check out the Pictures also look under links and Michel Vezina has got some great stuff from the meet , I might have to change Web Site's getting bad Customer Service, so if any body out there that know of a good Web Site Company let me know. Any way I will keep this one for sure for a month with links to the new site so we don't lose anybody. Don't forget the Meet and Greet on Nov. 20th this will be the main event for this month, so please get in recommendations on what you want to do. I will be sending a E-Mail about once a week to update everybody on what's going on and recommendations for that months Meet and Greet. If you don't want to be on the mailing list, please let me know, and I will remove you ASAP. Can't you hear that Prowling noise coming from the garage saying let me out.... Jim, Do you mean Sunday or Saturday for the Boyd Coddington open house. As your original emails says it is for Saturday and now this post says something about Sunday. Alright we have 7 confirmed and 2 maybe's for Saturday at Boyd's, we had 10 at the last get together and still had a blast. So we still should have a good time. I know I can't wait. Looks like Mother Nature is going to cooperate but top down a jacket is probably going to be needed. I will get to Boyd's around 10:00. One suggestion is to leave Boyd's around 12:00 - 12:30 and CRUZ to the Brea Mall. There should be a nice Restaurant there so we can get a bite to eat and enough parking to keep the Kats together. I will get directions and post today. This should be lots of fun for all. Thanks to all that can make it.. Jim |
Unless it's just an act...he seems pi$$ed off all the time on his show.
