Hi,
I am new to the forum, but have had my Prowler since 02.
I don't drive as much as I should or would like. But I have a pretty hectic schedule. Anyway what recalls should I address and with what dealership here in Dallas? Have not had to have any work done to it since I bought it. Thanks for any info and I really enjoy this site.

Welcome to Dallas & POA, I used Don Davis in Grapevine a year ago but now they have no current Prowler tech. However, the service writer there said Huffines in Denton has a tech and Huffines in Lewisville might have one. Hope this helps you.

Happy trails,
Randy

Welcome to the group!!! Most of the DFW group use Neal Norton at Preston Chrysler Jeep, 13439 Preston Road. The phone number at the dealership is 972/387-3900. He's the only one I trust with mine!! At the beginning I took it to ElDorado Chrysler in McKinney where I bought it, but was very disappointed. Found Neal and have used him ever since - excellent tech!! T

NOBODY but Neal at Preston Chrysler can touch my car. He is the best. The dealer gives you great service too. They actually want our business and the owner has a Prowler too.

Thanks guys!! I am leaving to Chicago and wanted to drop it off next week when I am back. I have called and have it scheduled for next week. Any recalls I should be aware of or does Neal take care of that? Thanks again.

Just ask Neal to check on all recalls when you take it in and he will make sure they are all done. I usually ask him to inspect the car also while it is in there just to make sure he doesn't see anything that might cause a problem. Tami
