putting this here because everybody should know about it.not a good product.do not use it.at 48.00 a bottle it doesnt revive anything.if your top is 20 years old maybe.if just needs a little freshing up, no.looks worse now than before applying.dries lighter than original color.
after storing top a number of times it starts to get wrinkles in fabric where old blacker color comes thru, now looks like dark lines.there customer service is terrible.according to them i didnt clean the top correctly, even though i followed there instructions explicitly and used there cleaner, another 20.00.they have given me every excuse they can think of.wish i lived in new jersey i would take them to small claims and get a new top.there label on bottle and adds tout how good it is.its crap.

Mr. Tex (of the Geno variety) may disagree with that...

I have to say I used it last winter when the cat was in storage and I liked how it worked. I have none of the problem your describing.

Where are they located? In Jersey we don't use small claims courts. We take care of problems in other ways We send Vendetta grams

Very sorry to hear about the problems you had restoring your top. I hate it when a company does not stand behind their product. Maybe it reacted with something you had on the roof prior to the restoration. Is this product like a dye or a cleaner? I have been using the 303 fabric convertible top cleaner kit on my roof for a few years now & I have had zero problems. I hate to sound like a salesmen, but it cleans the top (& your carpets) really well & restores the blackness. After it dries thoroughly, you apply the protectant which repels water & dirt & keeps it looking great.

Let me know if you want me to pay a visit to the company in remission...

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the Renovo. My experience with it has been excellent:

And, yes, I often have the top down for a week at a time (as well as from November through March when the hardtop is on).

I'd say to push for the lab analysis - I suspect you got an old batch where the fillers settled out.
