maybe you could explain this Cornhole thing... I was understanding that the term was used back in the old days before they had toilet paper ( or catalogs ) .... please educate me on this .... |

Same here Halicat,,,,,,I thought the BIG Cornholer Ed Monahan, was 'on the road again', lol. BTW - when Ed arrives at your place, he also prefers one-ply TP,,,,,,,,,,,,, |

Any more guesses? Always a benefit to have a good feel for your sack while cornholing with a partner. |

I believe the AHA....American Cornhole Association started in Cincinnati (not sure if Ed is involved or not). I believe their purpose is to spread Cornholing to all 50 states. If I remember right, Dave Barry wrote an article on the joys of cornholing. Where's Tanglep Up and his Beavis and Butthead when you need them. |

I always get the cornholers confused with the brown nosers.. |

Instead of a "Prowler cornhole sack" it looks like a "Prowler bean bag" to this old Hoosier. halicat. I think black people like to "corn roll" thier hair. I am not commenting on others. lol This message has been edited by Simonsez on 08-07-2005 at 01:31 PM |

Larry, I was certain that Ed must have been a past Cornholer of the Year recepient. Andy, do you prefer doubles or single cornholing?? I understand that proper stance and delivery (along with follow thru) is very important to be a competetive cornholer. |

because no one has explained what this bag is for... it still makes me wonder if one is supposed to bring his own corn ? corn-to-go ? Tangled had mentioned Cornholio once upon a time, I wish he was here to shed some light on the cornholers... well, maybe that isn't such a good idea. |

Halicat, Cornholing is said to have originated in Germany in the 14th century. Here in the states, it is said to have come from the hills of Kentucky sometime in the last 100 years or so. Hope this helps. LOL |
