Ventured down to Peel Street tonight to take in some of the "traditional" pre-F1 race festivities and viewed the Ferrari's that came out on this Purrrrfect June night ... lots and lot's of glistening Ferrari Red .. and just across Boul de Maisonneuve I found not one, but two (2) Lamborghini Murceilago's, one orange and one silver ... also near by were two Corvette's, a C3 and a C5 and even a Cadillac XLR ... but not a single, solitary or even litter of Kats!! And mind you, despite the fact that they would not have been in the roped off confines of Peel, between St Catherine and Boul de Maisonneuve, they would have grabbed ALL the attention OR MORE from the Ferrari's just as the two Lambo's did ... that is until ... a Ferrari F40 pulled in ... and now all you Prowler owners that have complained about fogged-up headlights ... our cars cost what, maybe $42k new? What's an F40 run ... few HUNDRED thou ($$$$)??? Guess what ... THEIR headlights fog up too, and they look to have heater elements in them to boot (as if ANY owner is going to drive them in a "snowbelt" state or during winter months!!!) What an event ... and the sights on two legs were JUST as stunning if not moreso than those on four wheels ... but that's for another board to discuss This message has been edited by Ray on 06-09-2005 at 10:22 PM |

Ray, I'm quite regularly in Montreal and have never seen a Prowler there. In fact, I do not believe there is anyone registered on the POA from Montreal. Seems a little strange for a big city - although one that is very European |
