....very simple instructions here, just look at the surroundings when you find a spot you like.... look at the pavement first....avoid holes, cracks, oil spots, puddles, painted curbs, drainage grills, and especially painted stripes in parking lots...move to another spot, you can't fix these...you want clean pavement to park on... ....next look at the immediate area....remove any rocks, gravel that might show up in the picture....remove any trash floating around the setting...sometimes sticks and dead leaves can be thrown aside to eliminate a sore spot....just try to make the area you are using as clean and free of distractions as possible before you shoot...I got home once a few years ago from a shoot and discovered a paper cup had blown thru the back of the location and ruined many of the shots I had taken....dead limbs hanging in a tree, dead flowers, just anything that doesn't look right....fix it or move on to another spot....sometimes shooting from a different angle will solve these problems....
