After picking up my Prowler from a very high end rod shop that did some paint work, I found major scrapes to the lower front end. I called the owner and explained that I was not pissed about the damage; but the fact that no one took responsibility for the damage. The owner felt badly and assured me that they would take care of all repairs. I have a very strong feeling that one of the employees had a great weekend with my car. The point is that you cannot trust even the most famous shops(this shop always has the three or four top cars in the Seattle International Roadster Show)

Next time you take your kat in check your mileage in and out. I had a instance where they were going to road test my kat to determine a problem. Result.. mileage out same as mileage in and No Problem Found. The old NPF notation. Never went back.

Ranger - that is called putting your car in stall 88.

They only had 87 stalls. Otherwise,,,they didn't want to take care of it or you.

Bad that it happened, but good that they will take care of it. People just don't have respect for other people's property.

That'll teach you to trust ANY car repair facility. I ALWAYS leave the "Valet" key supplied with the car if I have to leave it anywhere (the car shuts down and goes crazy if it travels more than about 5 miles.) Oh yeah...don't forget to tell the shop owners about the Valet feature!!!
