When I was stopped at the bottom of our hill this morning, a black Prowler drove past me on Mission Blvd. in Hayward. I think that a woman was driving, but I saw it a bit late. Anyone know if this might be a POA member? Although I know that the NorCal group has a lot of members, this is only the second time that I've seen another Prowler while I've been out (and the other was parked in Carmel), and I've only seen 1 or 2 black kats at our local events.
