The Ball Joint Recall was it for all model years or just for a few of the years? I own a Mul. 2001.

Smartcard007 - WELCOME to the POA!! Join us often and feel free to ask questions. Mopar dealerships can run your VIN# to see if the recall work has been performed,,,,,incase you bought the cat used.

ENJOY THE RIDE

Thanks to all for the input. I bought my first Prowler last week. It's a Mulh. 2001 with 3,070 miles. I'm having a house built, so I'm placing it into storage for a couple of month's. I'm so excited, I'm almost afraid to drive it.

I believe a dealer's service dept can run your vin # and check to see if the ball joint recall was already done.

Don't let that car sit for too long. You have to drive something - it might as well be your Prowler. It will help relieve the tension and frustration dealing with the house construction!

I love that statement ... "I bought my first prowler" ... so many people when they get one, want another.

You can do a quick check yourself by following the following link, but I would still double check with a dealer.

I went to the web site and put in my VIN # and this is what it said:
1C3EW65G7 1V702158 Vehicle Description:
PLYMOUTH PROWLER TWO-DR ROADSTER Model Year:
2001

No Incomplete Recalls or Customer Satisfaction Notifications Exist

NOTE:
Results returned represent unperformed or incomplete Recalls and Customer Satisfaction Notifications initiated by DaimlerChrysler Motors Company LLC at the time of your inquiry.

What is that telling me? Plus, what number Mulh do I have according to my Vin# ?

Thanks for all the help.

Don't believe Mulhollands were numbered? VIN# will not tell you sequence number of the build.
