Sounds funny to me too. Usually fraudulent sellers claim the car is somewhere overseas. Send them half agreed price and they'll ship it to your door free with money back guarantee. Yeah, Right! The short listing, private bidder and $14k price is a red flag too. But, who knows! |

I was bidding on this for fun and here is a e-mail i got from e-bay after they pulled the auction.. Here's an email reply from the seller. Sure, it's overseas. Like my daddy always said, if the price is too cheap to be true then it's probably a transvestite....or something like that. I'm from Los Angeles, CA but I'm currently in Czech Republic where I'm staying with my brother and his wife. Mechanically is perfect and she sounds great. |

I'm from Los Angeles, CA but I'm currently in Czech Republic where I'm staying with my brother and his wife. My wife died two months ago and I decided to move here because my brother is married here in Czech Republic. I want to sell the car because I don't want it in Czech Republic and I want to buy an apartment out here. If you really want to buy the car I am ready to accept 6,000 and after we discuss the details I will come back in US no longer than two days, so we will be able to close the deal.The price is 14,000 if we finish this soon.
