Sandy told me there is a cheap 8 1/2" diameter wall clock in the basement. I wanted to make it a custom clock, so I ripped it apart, and took the face off which was just paper 8 3/8" in diameter. then the lightbulb appeared over my head! What if I made the clock face the TACH!?! then the second hand would be the tach needle sweeping around! So this morning instead of working, I made the tach face from scratch in CorelDraw. I converted it to a low quality .JPG file for posting. What you can do is get a cheap clock, rip the face off, and print out this file in the size you need. Paste it right in the clock face area. Then glue the tach needle over the second hand. Here is the template. Here is the final clock! I love it! I can't wait to get home and put it up.... Anyone who wants the high res file can PM me with their email address and I'll send it to them. Hope this inspired somebody....It did for me...

But if you want a LARGE AND VERY SHARP .jpg file of the tach, send me a PM with your email address and I'll send the larger, detailed file. It's about 600K compressed when sent, but opened up, it's about a 36 MEG file. makes a sharp clock as big as you can print the face! Much too big of a file to be allowed to post here... I love just watching the second hand go around...

I'm tellin ya though...What you need to do is cut out the tack needle image and tape it right on top of your second hand on that clock....That is what puts the whole thing over the top!
