Hello All, I'm trolling for a good Washington, D.C. area operation to service my 2002 with my primary concern being the ball joint recall getting done the right way...damage free. Thanks! |

Tom there is only one mechanic (Prowler Certified) that works on my car. His name is Zene Wolfe and works at Courtesy Chrysler in Rockville. He did my ball joint recall as well as swapping out all front suspension parts for chroming. The number is 301 770-3600. Jeff This message has been edited by SirReal on 07-26-2004 at 04:12 PM |

Lanham, MD, huh? I worked there for 5 years (IRS Building). I'm happy with Koons Chevrolet/Chrysler in Tysons. You wouldn't even know they did the balljoints except for the shiny new nuts. -GRROWL |

Mine is going in for Ball joints tomarrow here in St. Louis I am taking her to Reuther Chrysler and all I know is that the mechanic is Prowler certified and that he has done them before. I guess I will just have to hope for the best, I will let everyone know what the end result is. I work at a Dodge dealer myself and we have a mechanic that I would trust to do the job correctly, however we do not have the proper tools to do it. Barry |

Tom you're welcome. Forgot to memtion Mike Katron is the service manager and a great guy to work with. Yes it is a B-17. There was also a B-24 there. I got to watch them take off and land. It was a sight I won't forget. They have a sound all of their own. It was at the Montgomery County AirPark. Jeff |
