I was wondering if anyone can give me the specs on the changer in the prowlers ( I have a 2001 Chrysler). I read in a previous post that the cd changer was made by alpine. If anyone can help with this, it will be appreciated. photos of the rear where the wire connects would be great. thanks |

It is built by Alpine specifically for Chrysler therefore the aftermarket Alpines are not interchangeable so all the steering & radio controls will operate properly. Any Alpine CD magazine will work. The wiring connection is via a single DIN connector. This unit was used in many, many Chrysler vehicles. I have no photos available as the Yeller Cat has already made its' move South. Good luck. |
