Okay guys and gals, get out those crayons. The PROWLIN CANADA 2004 committee has decided that we should have some fun with all the struggling artists who post on this site (does Larry Bell (tangled) come to mind)
Logos can be posted on this thread, or emailed or faxed to me. If you don't think you are the artistic type, give it a shot anyway. We will take the winning design and get it professionally done (if required to convert crayola wax to a jpeg). This logo will be used for dash plaques, shirts, banners, etc. You will be famous. The prize is yet to be determined (we'll have to consult with AC to see what your $5 royalty will buy you). If you want some web pictures or drawings, use google or yahoo to search for pictures of Toronto, Canada, Niagara Falls, etc, etc. Logos can be serious or whacky. GIVE IT A SHOT!!! oh yes, one more thing. Any logo's using Ed's image in any way, shape, or form, must be approved by the FBI or we will not be able to use it in Canada.

If I had a new ball in my mouse, I think I might be able to sharpen this up a hair.....this is a copy of a picture I drew of my cat Scruffy right before he died.....hope you like it....you can mail the first place trophy to my side o' the mountain address or just call me at BR-549....hope the trophy is big.... ps...I don't think there are any copyrights on the picture of the cat, but I will check with my business manager...

Already Tangled...you cheated!!! It is QUITE OBVIOUS from the caliber of your drawing that this is one you must have made prior to this contest... we ALL know there is NO way you could have come up with that fine piece in less than 24 hours! Shame on you! |

Here are a couple. The first is from prowlerkid and the second would require permission of grinchmob (and a change of color ). Both would require some changes before stitching.Dan Pena, where are you.....you must have a design idea or two.

I thinks I am correct in this. Legally I don't think the grinchmob one would require permission. You only have to change 3 things in art to avoid copyright infringement. Of course its always nice to ask. I am not even sure grinchmob did the art, he never indicated he did. But only he can answer that. As much as I like toons I like the first one in Wayne's post.
