I hardly ever see Prowler's around here, but the past two weekends I saw an Orange Prowler driving around, but of course I couldn't see who was driving nor was I in a position to flag them down. Last weekend they were driving east on Manchester and this past Saturday they were driving north on 141. Just wondering if its anyone on the site.
